El martes de los crepes - Celebrating pancake Tuesday

Una tradición de los años en Inglaterra.

125grs.. de harina
300 ml leche
1 huevo
1 pizca de sal.


A tradition from the England years...

125 grms flour
300 ml of milk
1 egg
Pinch of salt.
Hay que dejar reposar la mezcla, unos veinte minutos...
Leave the mixture to rest for about twenty minutes...

Freir y disfrutar con azúcar y limón!
Fry and enjoy with sugar and lemon!
